How do I place an order?
Pick the product and size, add it to cart, click Checkout, enter your details, choose Cash on Delivery, and we'll confirm the order with you.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across all governorates in Egypt. You pay when the product arrives.
How long does shipping take?
Between 2 and 5 business days depending on your governorate. Cairo and Giza are usually faster.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is in its original condition with the invoice. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
