Shipping

• We ship to all governorates in Egypt.
• Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Cash on Delivery is available on all orders.

Exchange & Returns

• You may exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with packaging and invoice.
• Some items (e.g. underwear) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• If a product arrives defective or different from your order, we cover the return cost.
